Wow. Where do I start? I loved this book so much. I learned a lot of things in this book that I never knew before. I read this in one day and I’m so glad I did. I cried a few times during it and I also laughed aloud multiple times.
I get why some people saw Kristen as a somewhat annoying main character, but she had her reasons for how she did stuff or acted on things, and I completely understand. Sure she did things I sometimes got a bit flustered about, but I understood why she did that. And overall I really do like her.
Josh is definitely one of my favorites. I loved him so much. I love how he never gave up. Hes so kind, and treats Kristen so well. He is hilarious and I love his personality. Hes the kind of guy that you wish there was more of.
I also love Sloan. Shes an amazing friend. Shes gone through so much and it makes me just want to hug her a million times.
Brandon I also loved. I will always love him. He was such a great friend to everyone, especially Josh. And was a great fiance to Sloan.
The ending shocked me a lot. Something I did not see coming at all. This book was overall so good and is definitely something I will never forget about.
I loved this book so much. It made me cry at some parts. There were so many twists and turns that I was definitely not expecting.
Daniel is amazing and I love him. Hes very passionate and kind hearted and he is just a perfect boyo.
Ana is amazing too. She does a few things I dont agree with, but that’s okay, she makes up for it in the end.
Puri I love as well. She made me cry sometimes. I’m worried about her. I hope shes okay.
The plot was so interesting. About over halfway through, I was actually scared to continue reading because I had no idea what was going to happen next and it terrified me.
But, I pushed through and finished it, and I am very happy that I did. I definitely recommend it to you if you havent read it yet!
I loved this book so much. Jude was literally a queen! I love her so much.
Cardan is my boo. Sure, there are times that I dont agree with a few things he does, but then there are also some times that I feel bad for him. And so now I love him a lot too.
So many people in here that I hated. So many deaths and bloodshed. It’s just beautiful. I mean death and bloodshed isnt beautiful but you know what I mean.
I’m currently in a Readalong for the whole series of this so I cant wait to read The Wicked King. I’m definitely way behind on reading this, but I’m glad I have now.
If you havent already… GO READ IT!!
This was really good. It had a fascinating storyline and beautiful characters.
I loved the plot and the friendship between Safi and Iseult, you just fall in love with their sisterhood instantly.
The ships in here were of course also amazing.
I highly recommend.

This book was so good! I loved all the characters and the world building was fantastic. In the very first chapter I did have to look up what some words meant because of them being in a different language, but thankfully Hafsah did make a chart of all the words and names with their meanings and pronunciations.
The descriptions were very good, so it was easy when it came to imagining what the world or the characters looked like.
The one thing I loved a lot about this book was that it was pretty fast paced. In the very end of the book there were so many plot twists that I did not see coming. Like, I was so surprised when I read them that after I finished the book I was sitting there for a while just thinking about what happened. Its been a week since I finished this book and I’m still thinking about it.
This book was very different than any books I’ve read before, I loved how creative and different all the characters were and I love how it was focused on a desert, because you rarely see that in books, especially in YA.
So basically what I’m trying to say is that if you haven’t read this yet then you should definitely pick it up!

So. I was going to give this three stars, but it made me cry. Usually, if something makes me cry I up the rating by another star. Now, the only reason I’m giving this a lower rating is because I’m not that big of a fan of Historical Fiction.
I started off reading it and read up to page 150, but then I found out there was an audiobook (I used CloudLibrary) for it so I listened to that instead.
I loved the narrating of this, it was very different than anything I’ve read before. I didn’t really connect to Liesel much until the very end of the book. I did like Rudy, Max, and Papa though.
A lot happened in this. There was a lot of heartbreak and death. And I mean like, a lot of death. I did get confused at times, but ya know that could just be me.
Anyways, this book was overall very powerful and if you like Historical Fiction or classics then you should definitely read this.
This book exceeded my expectations. I read this for the Barnes & Noble YA Book Club, and I am so glad I did. I’ve heard so many great things and it has so many great reviews.
I am a sucker for romance and anything supernatural so this was right up my alley. I loved the main character, Lou, so much! Like this girl will do what she wants and if she doesn’t want to do something, then she won’t.
I also loved the love interes Reid a lot! He was… I don’t really know how to word this… hot? I loved his personality and how he interacted with people.
And of course I totally ship them. I loved their banters. And, well, I’ve always loved the “hate to love” trope so this was amazing. Their interactions are what really made me love this book so much. Some of it made me laugh out loud!
Oh and dont get me started with the ending. I finished this earlier then I was expecting to. A few nights ago I wasn’t able to sleep so I decided that I was going to read like a chapter or two. Well… two hours and 200 pages later I finished it. And you won’t believe what happened near the end of the book: I got a bloody nose! This book was so good it legit gave me a bloody nose!
So, yeah. Overall I really loved this and I highly recommend it.
I read this about a month ago and I still remember everything that happened in this book. It’s very creepy and keeps you on the edge of your seat. The characters are diverse and each have their own type of reaction to the sickness which was very intriguing.
There are many plot twists that you don’t ever see coming and leave you shooketh for a while. The main character is very easy to fall in love with, even if you do question her life decisions sometimes.
There are also many characters that really make you angry, because there are many things in this book that you will not agree with, and Hetty feels the exact same way (which makes you fall in love with her even more).
So, overall this book was very enjoyable and I definitely recommend it to people that love a good thriller.
